Christine Drucker is a seasoned education executive and transformational leader who has dedicated her career to innovative, student-centered learning models. With decades of experience in curriculum development, instructional technology, and educational leadership, she brings visionary strategies to Spectrum Tech Trade School, Village, and Training Center, helping to shape future-forward learning environments for neurodiverse students.

 

Leadership at Fusion Education Group & Expanding Alternative Education Models

 

Since 2019, Christine has served as District Vice President for Fusion Education Group, a leading private for-profit organization specializing in personalized one-to-one education for grades 6–12. In this role, she oversees operations for multiple Fusion Academies across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Colorado, ensuring the success of tailored education models that prioritize individualized learning experiences. She also manages Barnstable Academy in Oakland, NJ, a more traditional private school program within the Fusion Education Group portfolio.

Christine’s ability to implement innovative and customized learning solutions has helped Fusion Education Group grow and adapt to diverse student needs, including gifted learners, students requiring additional academic support, and those needing flexible educational environments. Her leadership has strengthened alternative education pathways, reinforcing the importance of personalized teaching methods that cater to each student’s unique strengths and learning style.

Christine’s commitment to revolutionizing education was evident when she became the Founding Head of School for Fusion Academy in Princeton, opening its doors in 2014. Through her leadership, Fusion Academy Princeton became a beacon of individualized education, offering a fully personalized one-on-one learning model designed to meet students where they are academically, socially, and emotionally.

Her work has made a lasting impact on students struggling in traditional school settings, providing them with a supportive, adaptive environment where they could thrive through customized teaching methods and flexible scheduling. Before her tenure with Fusion Education Group, Christine worked for the New York City Department of Education, first as a business and technology teacher, then as an assistant principal in high schools in Staten Island. During her time in NYC public schools, she led career education programs, empowering students with real-world skills, vocational training, and practical knowledge to prepare them for successful futures.

In addition to managing career-focused initiatives, Christine was responsible for writing grants and overseeing their implementation, ensuring that funding-supported programs met regulatory standards and delivered measurable results.
