Natalie Kitts
Program Committee
Natalie is deeply committed to using scientific, evidence-based approaches to help children, families, and adults cultivate well-balanced, fulfilling lives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Kean University, equipping her with a strong foundation in neurodevelopment and therapeutic intervention.

As a licensed occupational therapist, Natalie has developed expertise across multiple areas, including early intervention, school-based practice, parent coaching, and private therapy. She is a lifelong learner who continually expands her knowledge through extensive continuing education. Her specialized training includes:

Natalie’s dedication to occupational therapy and neurodevelopment advocacy stems from a deeply personal journey—her experience supporting her own son as he navigated the challenges of Asperger’s Syndrome. This firsthand perspective has fueled her unwavering commitment to helping families overcome the complexities of raising children who are “differently abled.” She understands the emotional and logistical struggles families face and strives to provide guidance, education, and empowerment through her work.

She enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, traveling, and creating memorable experiences with her family. Dr. Jerzie-Ann Coppola, PhD, MS, OTR/L – Program Committee
Dr. Jerzie-Ann Coppola is a highly experienced occupational therapist, educator, and researcher, dedicated to helping children, families, and adults reach their fullest potential through evidence-based interventions. She is the founder and director of Live Love Grow Therapy, a private occupational therapy practice in central New Jersey specializing in The Masgutova Method®. With more than 20 years of experience, Jerzie-Ann has developed expertise in sensory integration, neurodevelopmental therapy, and holistic approaches that support individuals in achieving meaningful progress.

Beyond leading her private practice, Jerzie-Ann is an MNRI® Core Specialist and an instructor of the Masgutova Method®, bringing advanced expertise to therapeutic interventions. Her commitment to early intervention and collaborative care extends into her leadership role as Board Trustee for the North East Regional Early Interventional Collaborative, where she advocates for high-impact policies and initiatives. She was honored with the “Community Member Honoree” award in 2014 for her contributions to Helpful Hands®, reinforcing her dedication to community-driven support systems.

Academic Excellence & Research-Driven Approach

Jerzie-Ann earned her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Scranton, where she was recognized with the 2002 Outstanding Graduate Award in Occupational Therapy. Understanding that research is the foundation of best clinical practices, she is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in health science at Seton Hall University. Her research aims to expand the evidence-based application of The Masgutova Method®, promoting broader acceptance and integration within healthcare and educational settings.

Jerzie-Ann’s career spans multiple therapeutic domains, including adjunct professor of pediatrics at the University of Scranton, vision therapy, school-based occupational therapy, early intervention, and sensory integration in private practice. Additionally, she has contributed to curriculum development as a board member for both the University of Scranton’s occupational therapy department and the Masgutova Graduate School of Neurodevelopmental Sciences, shaping future generations of occupational therapists.

Outside of her professional achievements, Jerzie-Ann is deeply committed to family, creativity, and exploration. She is a wife and proud mother of two boys and finds joy in collecting artwork, traveling, and furniture restoration. Looking ahead, she hopes to dedicate more time to research and grant writing, further expanding the reach and impact of occupational therapy.
