Evidence-Based Practice and Innovation

At Spectrum Tech Trade School, Village, and Training Center we utilize evidence-based practices while also being open to innovation and adaptive strategies that meet the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals. These principles serve as a foundation for practices, policies, and attitudes that support and affirm the value of neurodivergent individuals, promoting a more inclusive and equitable society for everyone. We use our proprietary motor-sensory-language approach to craft holistic, eclectic, personalized programs, that look at the whole-person, and allow the individuals we serve to make meaningful and rapid progress while maintaining dignity and autonomy.
