Dr. Hines is a visionary healthcare leader, founding board member, and the first to support Lisa’s mission for Spectrum Tech Trade School, Village, and Training Center. As Board Vice President, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's growth, strategy, and impact on neurodiverse individuals. With an unwavering dedication to holistic and lifespan-centered therapy, she brings extensive expertise to the board, strengthening Spectrum Tech’s ability to deliver transformative education and training to those with sensory and language challenges.

Academic Excellence & Professional Expertise

Dr. Hines graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stockton University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology, followed by a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. A lifelong advocate for integrated and specialized therapies, she is the owner of Connectivity Therapy and Holistic Health in Red Bank, New Jersey, where she delivers individualized treatments that bridge traditional physical therapy with holistic healing approaches.
With 15 years of experience in physical therapy, Dr. Hines has worked in both public and private school settings, including renowned institutions like P.G. Chambers and Celebrate the Children, where she has helped individuals overcome complex developmental challenges. She prides herself on providing intervention across all ages, ensuring that therapeutic care supports individuals throughout their entire lives.

Dr. Hines holds NeuroDevelopmental Treatment (NDT) certification, specializing in CranioSacral Therapy—a modality that focuses on the body’s natural rhythms and ability to heal. She is a Teaching Assistant for The Upledger Institute, furthering education in craniosacral techniques while mentoring the next generation of therapy professionals. Dr. Hines is a highly respected speaker in the field of physical therapy, craniosacral therapy, and oral motor health. In February 2019, she co-taught an influential course on Tethered Oral Tissues in Athens, Greece, furthering the global conversation on early intervention for oral motor restrictions in infants and children. She has also participated in professional panel discussions and presentations on Tethered Oral Tissues in Infants with My Baby Experts and Parent’s Guide to TOTs.
